We are looking for an experienced OT Manager / Senior Manager to lead our Operation Theatre operations at MGM Healthcare, Aminjikarai, Chennai.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead OT operations, scheduling, utilization, and workflow optimization.
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols, patient safety standards, and NABH requirements.
• Collaborate with Surgeons, Anesthesiologists, Nursing, and Clinical teams to ensure seamless OT operations.
• Optimize manpower deployment, inventory, resources, and operational productivity.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing OT teams.




• Drive continuous improvement in clinical quality, operational excellence, and patient outcomes.

Ideal Candidate
• Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM
• Experience: 10+ years of relevant Operation Theatre experience, preferably in a reputed multispecialty hospital.
• Solid leadership, team management, and operational coordination skills.
