We're an early-stage startup building Challenge App — a mobile platform that helps people run and join multi-day growth challenges. Users create challenges with structured action steps, track their progress day-by-day, see how their community is doing on leaderboards, and stay on track with reminders and accountability features.
We're a small team, and we build fast using AI-assisted development (Cursor + Claude). That means less time typing boilerplate, more time making smart architecture decisions and shipping real features. If you've been curious about working with AI tools or already love them — you'll fit right in.

? Must Have Skills
• Flutter / Dart — Our entire frontend. You need to be comfortable here.
• Clean Architecture — We follow strict layers: Page → Cubit → UseCase → Repository → API. Not negotiable.
• BLoC / Cubit (flutter_bloc) — Every feature uses it for state management.
• Dio — All API integration goes through these.
• Freezed + build_runner — Code generation for models and state classes.
• GetIt + Injectable — Dependency injection throughout the app.
• GoRouter — Navigation and deep linking.
• Firebase — Auth, Firestore, Storage, and Cloud Messaging.
• Functional error handling — Either pattern with dartz/fpdart.
• AI-code review skills — You need to catch when AI gets it wrong — this is the real skill.
