Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A;), consulting, or a related function.

• Experience executing full-cycle FP&A; functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with vendor, BPO or shared-services economics (rate cards, staffing and work-driver models, productivity, cost to serve).

• Experience reconciling operational data (hours, volumes) against financial data (invoices, actuals).

• Experience with SQL, BI or analytics tools, and with generative AI tools in finance workflows.

• Experience influencing senior stakeholders without formal authority, including challenging plans with data.

• Ability to work across time zones and with distributed teams (India and US), and to turn complex analysis into a transparent commercial recommendation.
