Job Title – F&A; Senior Banking Analyst
About The Role
The Banking Analyst, positioned within the Global Wire Payment Team, will be responsible for executing global payments across multiple systems and banking platforms.
The primary objective of this role is to effectively manage Accounts Payables–related matters and independently lead communication with Global Teams within CBRE as well as external banking partners in order to resolve issues efficiently and ensure seamless payment operations.
What You’ll Do
• Execute and process payments across multiple banking platforms with full accuracy and compliance.
• Perform analysis and investigation of issues related to outgoing and incoming transfers, including payment status inquiries, returned or held payments, and other transaction irregularities.
• Prepare daily reports and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of all reporting outputs.
• Ensure that issues raised by the Business and Finance teams are thoroughly analysed and resolved within agreed timelines.
• Build and maintain robust, long-term working relationships with client and stakeholders.
• Escalate cases in a timely manner, following the established escalation path and the Contact Matrix.
• Support and implement process improvement initiatives and participate in related projects.
