As a Quant Analytics Associate on the Travel Analytics team (Consumer & Community Banking – Data & Analytics), you will drive strategic decisions through deep-dive analyses and actionable insights, ongoing reporting, and executive dashboards. You will translate travel and e-commerce data into recommendations that accelerate growth, improve partner and offer performance, and deliver measurable outcomes. You will collaborate closely with product, marketing, operations, finance, risk, and technology stakeholders to enable informed, data-driven decisions and continuous improvement across the organization. Success in this role requires strong analytical rigor, explicit communication, and the ability to operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage, validate, and analyze large,



complex datasets from multiple internal and external sources to develop strategies and insights that drive measurable outcomes across travel and e-commerce.
• Lead deep-dive analyses to diagnose performance, identify key drivers, and uncover opportunities across travel spend and profitability, traveler behavior, booking and redemption funnels, partner performance (air/hotel/OTA), campaign performance, and trend analysis.
• Leverage AI/LLM capabilities to accelerate analytics workflows and scale insight delivery (e.g., automated narrative generation for dashboards, intelligent anomaly detection triage, semantic search over documentation/metric definitions, and prototyping AI-enabled data products in partnership with engineering).
• Develop and maintain operational and executive dashboards to monitor key travel KPIs (e.g., demand, conversion, attach, cost, engagement, retention, and experience metrics) and deliver accurate, timely recurring reporting.
