Job Profile

Required Experience and Skills
• Business-level Japanese proficiency: JLPT N2 or above (N1 preferred), with strong Speaking & Listening as well as Reading & Writing skills, including KANJI, sufficient for a skilled business environment.




• Professional experience working in Japanese, including business conversations, participation in meetings, and preparation of business documents such as reports, meeting minutes, and emails.
• Professional experience at the Senior Analyst to Manager level, with the ability to work independently, proactively identify issues and required actions, and drive tasks forward without waiting for detailed instructions.
• Ability to act as a Bridge/Liaison between Japan-based stakeholders and India-based technology teams. The role requires more than direct translation: the candidate must understand the context, objectives, priorities, and expected outcomes behind requests and communicate them in a way that enables the India team to understand and act appropriately.
