About SR AsiaSR Asia (Social Responsibility Asia) is a sustainability reporting and ESG assurance firm based in India, with operations across South Asia, Southeast Asia and the Gulf.
We help companies prepare BRSR and sustainability reports, and we provide third-party ESG assurance under ISAE 3000 and AA1000AS. Our work also covers GHG accounting, impact assessment and capacity building.
Role summaryThe Chief Executive, Marketing will own SR Asia's growth: brand, market positioning, client acquisition and the proposal pipeline across India, South and Southeast Asia, and the Gulf.
This is a senior leadership role. The person will turn SR Asia's ESG reporting and assurance expertise into a recognised brand and a steady flow of qualified engagements.

Position Chief Executive, Marketing Reports to Director Location Anywhere in India. Reports daily to the Ghaziabad office and visits it as required. The role is highly travel-oriented, so daily office attendance is not required.

Key responsibilitiesStrategy and brand
• Build and run SR Asia's marketing strategy and annual plan, aligned with the Partners' business goals.
• Position SR Asia as a trusted name in BRSR reporting, ESG assurance and GHG accounting.
• Own the brand, website, messaging and thought-leadership content.

Business development
• Grow the pipeline of listed companies, MSMEs, PSUs and multinationals needing BRSR, assurance and ESG services.
• Track RFPs and tenders, and work with the engagement team to check eligibility before bidding.
• Lead pitches and proposal strategy with the Engagement Manager and Partners.
• Develop partnerships with industry bodies, chambers of commerce and consulting firms.

Regional expansion
• Plan market entry and growth in Southeast Asia and the Gulf.
• Adapt offers to local regulations and reporting frameworks in each market.
