Job Description

The Learning & Development Solutions Lead will be based in India and lead a globally dispersed team, with most direct reports in India and additional team members across Takeda’s learning hubs and other locations. The group will initially sit within the Learning and Talent Management Center of Excellence and Innovation and is expected to transition to People Solutions as the future operating model matures.

This leader translates Product Owner priorities across six enterprise product areas into scalable, artificial intelligence-enabled and human-centered learning, talent, performance and development solutions. The role leads solution design, delivery, learning technology and content operations, partnering with Product Owners,



Journey Owners, Human Resources Business Leaders, People Partners, Data, Digital and Technology, operations teams, vendors and global learning hubs.

How you will contribute
• Lead an inclusive, high-performing global Learning & Development Solutions team across India, Cambridge, Zurich, Japan and other locations.
• Translate priorities across enterprise talent development, people leader development, employee learning and development, talent and succession, performance management and organizational effectiveness into measurable, user-centered solutions.
• Lead the design and delivery of artificial intelligence agents, digital tools, Bloom pathways, programs, career and performance resources, assessments, coaching solutions, frameworks and toolkits.
