Location: Pune
Work Mode: Onsite | 5 days a week
Experience: 3-5 years

What You'll Do• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications using Python
• Build and consume RESTful APIs
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Work with product, frontend, and data teams to translate requirements into solutions
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Debug production issues and implement long-term fixes
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical standards

What We're Looking For• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Python in production environments




• Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and OOP
• Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• Good understanding of REST APIs, HTTP protocols, and JSON
• Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL and basic query optimization
• Familiarity with Django ORM or SQLAlchemy
• Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows

Good to Have: AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, microservices, RabbitMQ/Kafka, and pytest/unittest.
