About This Role:

We’re looking for a Finance Intern to join our Finance team reporting to the Senior Director. This role is a hybrid role based out of our Hyderabad location.
In this role, you’ll play a key role in supporting India entity accounting, tax, and finance operations by assisting with statutory compliance, financial reporting, and documentation requirements. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic,



team-oriented workplace and enjoys working cross-functionally with teams like Controllership, Tax, Legal, FP&A;, and external advisors. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and proficiency in Excel.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities, including preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.

• Support statutory compliance requirements, including coordination for audits and preparation of documentation for regulatory filings.

• Assist in direct and indirect tax compliance processes (e.g., data compilation for GST, TDS, and corporate tax filings).

• Maintain and organize financial records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Controllership, Tax, Legal, and FP&A; to gather information and resolve queries
