Role & Responsibilities
• Capture fashion editorials, lookbooks, and campaign visuals that align with brand identity and creative direction.
• Collaborate with stylists, models, and art directors to conceptualize and execute visually striking photo shoots.
• Manage lighting, composition, and post-production workflows to ensure final deliverables meet commercial standards.
• Oversee on-set logistics, including equipment, talent coordination, and shot lists for efficient execution.
• Deliver high-resolution, retouch-ready images optimized for web, social, and print platforms.
• Stay current with global fashion trends, photography techniques, and editing tools to elevate visual output.
Skills & Qualifications
• Must-Have
• Proficiency in DSLR/Mirrorless camera systems (Canon/Nikon/Sony)
• Expertise in Adobe Lightroom & Photoshop
• Experience with studio lighting setups (softboxes, strobes, continuous lights)
• Strong portfolio showcasing fashion/editorial photography
• Knowledge of color grading and retouching workflows
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and coordinate multi-role shoots
• Preferred
• Experience with video content or motion photography
• Familiarity with fashion styling or garment handling
• Knowledge of e-commerce product photography standards
