Job requirements• Experience Range: 4 to 6 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in functional testing and business systems analysis within core banking systems Key Responsibilities: 1. Deliver daily technical support for core banking, deposit, and investment systems, ensuring operational continuity and proactively enhancing end-user experience 2. Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements, upgrades, and change requests, producing transparent specifications and actionable project plans 3. Conduct impact analysis for system integrations and interfaces, evaluating effects on business processes and enterprise architecture 4. Configure and maintain core banking solutions, implementing incremental enhancements and minor releases aligned with prioritized business objectives 5. Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify process improvements, validate system accuracy, and optimize operational efficiency 6. Lead resolution of production issues,
collaborating with cross-functional teams to diagnose root causes and implement effective solutions 7. Prepare and deliver subject matter analysis, solution options, and recommendations to stakeholders through professional reports and presentations 8. Facilitate and participate in design workshops, ensuring business needs are addressed within established standards and compliance frameworks Required Skills: 1.
