What we’re looking for:
• 20+ years of experience in technology delivery, program management, and leadership.
• Solid expertise in the Healthcare Payer domain.
• Proven experience managing multiple healthcare accounts, programs, and large delivery portfolios.
• Demonstrated ownership of P&L;, revenue growth, margins, forecasting, and cost optimization.
• Experience leading large, globally distributed delivery teams.
• Strong executive stakeholder management, client engagement, and account growth capabilities.
• Exposure to healthcare technology modernization, cloud, data, AI, and digital transformation initiatives.
