Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer / 3D Visualiser with strong expertise in interior visualization and rendering. The ideal candidate should be capable of translating design concepts and technical drawings into realistic, high-quality 3D renders while maintaining accuracy in materials, lighting, textures, and spatial details.

Key Responsibilities• Create high-quality 3D models, interior renders, and realistic visualizations for residential and commercial interior projects.
• Develop detailed 3D views based on design concepts, layouts, and technical drawings.




• Work closely with the interior design team to understand design intent and project requirements.
• Apply appropriate materials, textures, lighting, and furniture elements to achieve realistic renders.
• Revise and refine visualizations based on feedback from designers and management.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of all 3D presentations.
• Maintain organized project files and coordinate effectively with the design team.

Required Skills & Qualifications• 2–3 years of relevant experience in 3D visualization for interior design projects.
• Proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of D5 Render, Lumion, or other rendering software is preferred.
• Solid understanding of materials, textures, lighting, furniture detailing, and interior styling.
• Ability to interpret floor plans, elevations, sections, and technical drawings.
