Job Summary
Position Summary
The Data Quality Analyst supports the Enterprise Data and Analytics Data Governance organization in maintaining high-quality, trusted data across key systems. This role assists with data quality monitoring, issue investigation, documentation, and the execution of data governance processes. The analyst works closely with senior team members, data stewards, and data owners to ensure data quality standards are followed,



and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
Data Quality Governance
Purpose: Support the establishment and maintenance of Data Quality (DQ) rules, standards, and processes to ensure high-quality, trusted data across the organization.
Create and Maintain Data Quality Rules and Standards
• Help update and maintain data quality rules (DQ FRD), metadata, and standards across data domains
• Support senior analysts in gathering requirements from data owners and stewards

Ensure Regulatory and Organizational Compliance
• Work with the Data Governance (DG) team and system owners to ensure rules and processes meet internal policies and standards
• Help validate consistency of DQ rules across Source Systems (SORs)
• Help monitor and report Data Quality Metrics and Thresholds
• Assist data owners and stewards in defining measurable DQ metrics and thresholds
• Help document KPIs and maint
