Key Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day operations across Mining and Smelting processes such as control room operations & field operations.
• Monitor and record critical process parameters and assist in identifying deviations from defined operating conditions.
• Support initiatives related to process efficiency, metal recovery, product quality, and reduction of process losses.
• Coordinate with Mining, Smelting, Laboratory, Quality, Maintenance, and other relevant teams for effective process support.
• Participate in HSE activities, toolbox talks, risk assessments, emergency preparedness, and safety training.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, operating procedures, process controls and HSE standards.
• Work in rotational A, B, and C shifts, covering shop-floor and
