Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business process management or a similar role.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools and techniques, such as BPMN and Six Sigma.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and deliver projects on time.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience with process automation tools and technologies is preferred.
• Certifications in process improvement
