Job Title: Founding Sales Development Representative - Offshore Recruitment Services
Location: Remote (apply from anywhere)
Role Type: Contract (hourly rate + commission through trial, with potential for ongoing role and salary)
Pay Structure: Initial hourly rate + commission: $ per qualified live call + % of closed deals. Maturing to salary + commission with good performance.

At Reef, we place high-performing offshore sales teams into businesses across Australia and Current Zealand - helping them scale for 60-70% less than hiring locally. We manage the entire process: sourcing, payroll, ongoing performance management, and unlimited replacements if needed.
We’re hiring our first Sales Development Representative to launch and scale Reef’s outbound sales engine. This is a hands-on, builder role where you’ll:
• Optimise our appointment setting process
• Document and refine outreach systems
• Book high-quality calls with founders and decision-makers in service-based B2B companies
• Prepare for a future step-up into onboarding and managing new sales hires





You’ll begin with a commission-based trial to prove performance and fit. After demonstrating consistent results in generating qualified live calls and contributing to closed deals, we aim to offer a longer-term contract with increased earning potential.

What You’ll Do • Own outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, cold calling, and email to founders, CEOs, and hiring decision-makers
• Book qualified live calls for Reef’s founders using a consultative, problem-led approach
• Build and document outreach playbooks, scripts, and objection-handling guides
• Track and report KPIs in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
• Work closely with the founder to refine messaging and targeting
• Help onboard and train new appointment setters as the team grows
