Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Senior Consultant to support Application Management Services (AMS) for our clients across SAP Product Compliance and SAP Sustainability solutions. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert and day-to-day delivery lead, ensuring reliable, optimized,



and evolving system operations while advising clients on best practices across both solution areas.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities

Application Management & Support

• Provide L2/L3 AMS support across SAP Product Compliance and Sustainability modules, managing incident resolution, change requests, and service requests within agreed SLAs

• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive solutions

• Maintain and enhance system configurations based on evolving regulatory and business requirements

• Support and execute regression testing after system updates, patches, or release upgrades

SAP Product Compliance

• Support and optimize processes across Product Data Management, including product classification, substance management, and compliance checks

• Manage and troubleshoot Safety Data Sheet (SDS) Authoring process
