Coordinates and tracks progress of compliance initiative projects.

Reviews audits from internal groups to ensure identified risks are being addressed and eliminated.

Prepares and submits weekly, monthly,



quarterly and year-end reports for management review.

Manages compliance training interface.

Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and primary contact for drug and alcohol testing regulatory and legal support.

Assists with DOT 49CFR Part 40 compliance monitoring and reporting.

Assists with non-DOT Consortium compliance monitoring and reporting.

Performs regulatory and legal reviews.

Develops and track compliance to quality and service standards.

Reviews procedures and recommend efficiencies to leadership.

Proactively evaluates potential problem areas and initiate action to limit negative outcomes.

Provides excellent customer service to DISA internal and external customers.

Drafts business communications and internal notices.

Performs other related duties as assigned. High School Diploma or GED and three (3) years of customer service experience.

Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Suite.
