Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Promotional Products Coordinator to support client presentations, product sourcing, pricing, order processing, and supplier coordination. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with platforms such as commonsku and ASI/ESP, creating customized product presentations, managing purchase orders, and tracking orders from approval through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Presentations: Build qualified client presentations in commonsku featuring promotional products, pricing, decoration options, and virtual mockups.
• Presentation Revisions: Update presentations based on feedback from clients and the sales team.
• Estimates and Sales Orders: Convert approved presentations into accurate estimates and sales orders in commonsku.
• Purchase Order Management: Prepare and send purchase orders to suppliers, verifying pricing, quantities, imprint details, and shipping dates.




• Order Tracking: Monitor artwork proofs, production progress, and shipping schedules while keeping clients and sales representatives informed.
• Issue Resolution: Resolve order-related issues, including product backorders, artwork proof revisions, and shipping delays.
• Product and Supplier Sourcing: Use ASI/ESP to identify suitable products and suppliers based on client budgets, quantities, and delivery deadlines.
• Marketing Support: Assist with company store setup, email campaigns, social media posts, and promotional product spotlights.
• Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate product specifications, pricing, order details, supplier information, and delivery records.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with sales teams, suppliers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
