Manager, People Operations

As Manager, People Operations, you will lead a team that delivers timely, accurate, and compliant support across employee inquiries and core People processes. This role will help centralize and streamline global support by assessing current work, driving consistent ways of working, and translating the needs of People teams into scalable day-to-day execution. The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR Operations generalist who has developed within a centralized service environment and brings direct expertise in multiple specialized support areas. You will oversee daily operations, build team capability, strengthen service standards,



and lead the team through growth, change, process transitions, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:
• Lead, coach, and develop a team that supports both specialized HR administration and generalized employee lifecycle support across U.S., EMEA, and evolving global service needs.
• Provide hands-on operational leadership across benefits administration, global mobility and immigration, time off and leave administration, and vendor management support, while ensuring effective delivery of broader People services.
• Help shape and implement the future-state service delivery model by assessing current work, defining the appropriate scope for centralized support, establishing workflows, clarifying ownership, and reinforcing consistent service standards.
