We are seeking a highly motivated and business-focused professional to support the Global Procurement and Supply Chain (GPSC) Legal function. This role combines contract management, contracts review, stakeholder engagement, data analytics, and AI-driven transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle including review across Asia, EMEA, and the Americas while driving process excellence, automation,
and business-impacting legal operations initiatives.
This position requires a strong commercial mindset, contracting skills, project management capabilities, and the ability to leverage technology and data to improve operational efficiency and stakeholder experience.
What a typical day looks like:
Contract Management & Contract Review
• Drive the end-to-end contracting process from intake through execution, renewal, amendment, and closure.
• Review, draft, negotiate, and manage a broad range of procurement and supply chain agreements.
• Manage contract workflows and ensure timely progression of contract reviews and approvals.
• Maintain contract records, metadata, and documentation within Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and other legal repositories.
• Issue, upload, track, renew, and maintain contracts and related legal documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
