Job Description:

The individual will be a part of the International Tax Team based in Bengaluru and report to the Senior International Tax Manager.

This position performs general office duties that may include word processing,



data entry, preparation of reports using various software packages, compilation of information from various sources, and handling small scale projects. This position may deal with confidential material on a regular basis. This role is critical in enhancing team efficiency and ensuring smooth operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Raising and tracking purchase requisitions and purchase orders, coordinating approvals, and monitoring invoice processing to support timely payment of external advisors.

• Coordinating vendor onboarding and due diligence requirements with Procurement, external advisors, and internal stakeholders, including completion of documentation, tracking progress, and following up until the onboarding process is completed.
