Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Purchase Manager to join our organization in Mysuru, India. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the complete procurement lifecycle, from vendor selection and negotiation to contract management and supplier performance evaluation. - Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals and support cost optimization initiatives
- Identify, evaluate, and select qualified vendors and suppliers based on quality, pricing, delivery, and service criteria
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and conditions while maintaining solid business relationships
- Manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness,



and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Analyze market trends and pricing data to make informed purchasing decisions and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Monitor supplier performance through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Maintain organized records of all procurement activities, contracts, and vendor information in the ERP system
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including operations, finance, and quality teams to understand requirements and resolve procurement challenges
- Prepare detailed reports and analytics on purchasing metrics, spending patterns, and supplier performance for management review
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical procurement standards
- Manage inventory levels in coordination with operations to balance stock availability with cost efficiency
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline procurement workflows and enhance operational efficiency
