- As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
- The role requires continuous collaboration with various teams to enhance application components, ensuring they meet evolving business requirements.
- The engineer applies up-to-date development methodologies and frameworks to build scalable and efficient software, while actively participating in iterative development cycles to refine and optimize deliverables.
- This position demands adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a dynamic project environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the project.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and innovation within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

- Proficiency in Master Data Management (MDM).
- Experience with data governance and data quality management principles related to Master Data Management.
- Strong understanding of system integration techniques and data synchronization across multiple platforms.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies in the context of Master Data Management solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex data structures and design scalable data models to support enterprise-wide data consistency.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to master data processes and workflows.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
