Role & Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you will drive business growth for 1C by:

- Selling franchise opportunities for 1C charging stations.
- Driving sales of 1C EV chargers to residential, commercial, and institutional customers.
- Identifying and building relationships with RWAs, fleet operators, real estate developers, and businesses.
- Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Achieving monthly sales targets and reporting performance metrics.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in business,



Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of sales experience (franchise, B2B, or channel sales preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with field sales.
- Experience in EV, energy, or tech products is a plus.
