As a Full Stack Developer at Talentlo, you will design, build, and ship features across the entire product stack — from intuitive front-end experiences to robust back-end services. Your work will directly shape the platform that transforms how companies hire.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable full-stack features using React Native, Node.js, and Python across web and mobile surfaces
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs that power seamless candidate and recruiter experiences
- Architect and optimise relational database schemas to support reliable, high-performance data access
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into clean, maintainable code
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and system reliability
- Participate actively in code reviews, contributing to engineering standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly, implementing lasting performance improvements
- Manage version control workflows using Git, including branching strategies and pull request reviews
- Contribute to technical documentation, architecture discussions, and sprint planning ceremonies
- Integrate third-party services and cloud infrastructure components to extend platform capabilities

Experience & qualifications

Must-have skills : React Native, Node.js and Python

Required skills : Relational Databases, REST API, Git and Full Stack Development , TypeScript and AWS

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience

Preferred qualifications

Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies

Experience working in a startup or product-led engineering environment

Exposure to AI/ML integrations or data-driven product features
