Required Competencies
• Strong understanding of formulation and process development of sterile injectable dosage forms for regulated markets.
• Hands-on experience and/or exposure to complex injectable systems, including microspheres, liposomes, and polymer-based formulations.
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical development documentation, technology transfer, and regulatory expectations.
• Working knowledge of Quality by Design (QbD) principles and their application throughout product development.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a highly regulated GMP setting with strong focus on compliance, quality, and attention to detail.
• Experience in formulation optimization, characterization, and troubleshooting of injectable drug products.
• Knowledge of scale-up activities, process validation concepts, and technology transfer requirements is preferred.

Qualifications
Education:• M. Pharm M. Pharma - Required

• Ph. D. Ph. D. - Preferred

Experience:• 10 years or more in 10 - 12 Years
