Tax Services on the Global Employer Services Payroll Service Delivery team, you will be responsible for..
• Lead end-to-end UK domestic payroll delivery for a portfolio of 30–40 client engagements, including payroll review, client sign-off, issue resolution, and escalation.
• Oversee payroll workstream operations, including payroll data controls, payroll instructions, post-payroll reconciliations, management reporting, and service-level agreement performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop the offshore payroll team through recruitment, onboarding, workload planning, training, performance feedback, and career development.
• Drive UK payroll service expansion, prepare client proposals, support new-client onboarding, and lead payroll technology, process-improvement, and UK-to-India transition initiatives.
• Manage workstream financial performance and build relationships with UK engagement teams, clients, nearshore service mana
