Job Profile
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Tele Collection Executive to join our team in
Saket. The role involves managing debt collection processes through phone calls, WhatsApp,
email, and references, with a focus on education loans.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage debt recovery across different buckets by engaging with customers via phone,
WhatsApp, Email,
And Other References.
• Send professional email communications for debt collection and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions using the
company’s CRM software.
• Address and resolve customer payment issues, escalating complex cases to senior staff
when necessary.
• Build robust relationships with customers to encourage timely payments and resolve
outstanding issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and effective resolution of customer
Queries.
Desired Skills And Qualifications
• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in collections, credit control, debt recovery, or telecalling.
• Communication: Strong verbal skills in both Hindi and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Technical Proficiency: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with social media and email communication.
