Role: MEP Engineer
Seniority Level: Mid-level
Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
Required Experience: 3-5 years

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop integrated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for construction projects using BIM/CAD tools.
- Conduct site visits, ensure compliance with local building codes and industry standards, and coordinate with architects, contractors, and project managers.
- Produce and review technical documentation such as drawings, specifications, and reports; provide technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
- Participate in design reviews, progress meetings, and commissioning sessions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Must-Have Skills/Technologies:
- Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Systems design
- AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks (BIM/CAD software)
- Knowledge of local building codes and industry standards




- Technical documentation (drawings, specifications, reports)

Good-to-Have Skills/Technologies:
- Energy modeling and sustainability analysis tools (e.g., TRACE, IES VE)
- LEED or other green‑building certification knowledge
- BIM coordination platforms (e.g., BIM 360, Navisworks clash detection)
- HVAC design software (e.g., Carrier HAP)
- Project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
