Role Description The Brand Collaboration Manager – Influencer Marketing is a full-time, hybrid role based in Delhi, with flexibility for partial work-from-home. This role is responsible for identifying and onboarding relevant creators, negotiating collaboration terms, and managing end-to-end influencer campaigns across social platforms. The Brand Collaboration Manager will coordinate with internal teams to define campaign objectives, develop creative briefs,



and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and performance targets. Day-to-day activities include managing influencer relationships, monitoring campaign metrics via KOLPlanet’s dashboard, optimizing live campaigns based on data insights, and preparing performance reports and recommendations for future initiatives. The role also involves staying updated on creator trends, social media best practices, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or digital marketing campaign management.
• Strong skills in relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication with creators and brand teams.
• Ability to interpret campaign data and analytics, draw insights, and implement optimizations for performance and ROI.
