CATCH Foundation is looking for a Purchase In Charge to join the team in Motera, Ahmedabad.

The role involves managing day to day procurement, vendor coordination, quotation comparison, negotiation, purchase orders, delivery tracking, and maintaining accurate purchase records.

Responsibilities
* Source and coordinate with reliable vendors
* Collect and compare quotations based on price, quality, and delivery timelines
* Negotiate rates, payment terms, and commercial conditions
* Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials
* Coordinate with internal teams and Accounts for requirements, bills, and payments
* Maintain vendor, quotation, invoice, and purchase records
* Track pending orders and support inventory coordination
* Identify cost saving opportunities without compromising quality

Qualifications
* 1 to 3 years of experience in purchase or procurement
* Good vendor management and negotiation skills
* Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
* Understanding of purchase orders, invoices, and basic commercial terms
* Solid coordination, follow up, and documentation skills
