Role Description The Sales Attendant is a full-time, on-site role based in Kota, responsible for supporting branch-level sales and customer service activities. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with walk-in and referred customers, explaining loan products and services,



assisting with application forms, and collecting required documents. The role involves maintaining accurate records, updating customer information, and coordinating with branch staff to ensure timely processing of loan applications. The Sales Attendant will also help with basic follow-up calls, field visits as required, and contribute to achieving branch sales targets while providing courteous, transparent, and compliant service. This position requires adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and a strong focus on ethical and responsible lending practices.
