Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in project management and solid expertise in Blue Yonder ESP (Enterprise Supply Planning), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and Inventory Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end supply planning implementations, managing project delivery, driving supply chain transformation initiatives, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities• Lead and manage end-to-end supply planning implementation projects using the Blue Yonder ESP module.
• Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery, ensuring adherence to defined timelines, scope, and budgets.
• Drive supply chain transformation initiatives, process optimization, and implementation of advanced planning solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders,



technical teams, and vendors to gather requirements and ensure deliverables align with Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
• Manage project governance, stakeholder communication, risk assessment, issue resolution, and budget tracking.
• Apply Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies based on project requirements.
• Lead change management initiatives and ensure smooth adoption of implemented planning solutions.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships, resource allocation, and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Ensure effective integration of supply planning solutions with broader S&OP;/IBP and inventory management processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications• 10+ years of overall experience in project management, preferably in supply chain planning and transformation
