We're looking for a motivated, results-driven Inside Sales Executive who can own the entire sales process - from finding potential customers to closing deals.

What You'll Do

1. Prospecting & Lead Generation
• Identify potential customers and build targeted prospect lists.
• Research businesses, identify decision-makers, and understand their potential needs.
• Reach out through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Generate your own leads, book meetings, and build a consistent sales pipeline.




• Work with SDRs and handle inbound leads to maximize sales opportunities.

2. Product Demos & Consultative Selling
• Conduct discovery calls and product demos with business owners and decision-makers.
• Understand customer challenges and identify relevant StepsAI use cases.
• Demonstrate how our AI agents can help customers improve sales, generate leads, or reduce support workload.
• Clearly communicate product value and answer customer questions.

3. Sales & Closing
• Own opportunities from the first conversation through deal closure.
• Handle objections, pricing discussions, and negotiations.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and move deals forward.
• Convert qualified prospects and product demos into paying customers.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales and revenue targets.

4. Pipeline Management & Customer Handoff
• Maintain accurate CRM records of outreach, demos, follow-ups, and deals.
