About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Creative Director to lead our creative team and drive impactful, innovative, and strategically sound campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a robust background in advertising, brand building, and integrated marketing campaigns, with the ability to transform business objectives into compelling creative ideas.

You will be responsible for leading the creative vision, mentoring teams, overseeing campaign development, and ensuring high-quality creative output across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Strategy & Leadership
- Lead the creative direction for multiple brands and campaigns.
- Develop innovative concepts aligned with client objectives and brand strategies.
- Drive creative excellence across digital, social, print, films, and experiential campaigns.
- Present creative concepts and campaign ideas to clients and stakeholders.

2. Team Management & Development
- Lead,



mentor, and inspire a team of designers, art directors, copywriters, and other creative professionals.
- Guide brainstorming sessions and encourage fresh, original thinking.
- Review creative output and provide constructive feedback.
- Manage creative workflows to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

3. Campaign Development & Execution
- Oversee end-to-end creative development, from ideation and conceptualisation to final execution.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and communication across platforms.
- Collaborate with account management, strategy, production, and digital teams.
- Supervise creative execution for films, photoshoots, digital campaigns, and brand activations.

4. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and communication objectives.
