• Lead the interior design, styling and execution of luxury residential spaces, clubhouses and amenity areas.
• Develop and curate material palettes, finishes, textures, colours and design elements in line with the overall design vision.
• Demonstrate robust expertise in furniture, fixtures, lighting, accessories and décor selection.
• Drive space styling and visual merchandising, ensuring every space reflects a premium and cohesive design language.
• Review design drawings, material samples, mock-ups and shop drawings to ensure design intent is maintained through execution.
• Identify and evaluate premium materials, furniture and décor suppliers while maintaining quality, aesthetics and commercial considerations.
• Participate in design presentations, material reviews and design approvals with senior leadership.
• Ensure attention to detailing, finishes,



proportions and craftsmanship across all interior elements.
• Stay updated on evolving luxury interior trends, materials, furniture and international design concepts.

Required Skills
• 12+ years of experience in luxury residential interiors, hospitality, premium clubs or high-end real estate.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in luxury residential and/or club interiors.
• Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, fabrics and accessories.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility with the ability to create refined, contemporary and sophisticated spaces.

Preferred Skills
• Candidates from premium/luxury real estate, hospitality, luxury interior design studios or high-end residential projects would be preferred.
