I am looking for person who knows how to manage an experienced team where the average experience is 10 years should be very confident and should have an experience of handling a team of more than 20 people should be a bridge between the management and employees. For the current store coming up in vivek khand Gomtinagar.
Responsibilities
• Manage an experienced team where the average experience is 10 years. • Be very confident and handle a team of more than 20 people. • Act as a bridge between the management and employees. • Have past experience where they have handled customers directly.
• Hold conversations with clients and with employees in English and Hindi. • Adopt a very hands on approach, not someone who wants to sit on a chair or in an office. • Handle BTL teams, and other BTL activities within the store and outside.
Required Skills
