Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer – GRC/IRM Solutions to design, develop, configure, and implement enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in ServiceNow IRM modules, workflow automation, platform development, integrations, and risk management frameworks to support organizational compliance, operational resilience, and governance initiatives.

The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, security teams, risk and compliance leaders, and development teams to deliver scalable, high-quality, and business-aligned ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow GRC / IRM Development

• Design, configure, customize, and support ServiceNow IRM/GRC applications and solutions.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer flows, and workflows.
• Configure and enhance the following ServiceNow IRM modules:
• Policy & Compliance Management
• Risk Management
• Audit Management
• Vendor Risk Management (VRM)
• Business Continuity Management (BCM)
• Operational Resilience

• Develop custom applications and solutions to extend ServiceNow IRM capabilities.
• Configure risk assessments, control testing, policy attestations, issue management, remediation workflows, and exception management processes.
