Role Description The Relationship Manager role at Jana Small Finance Bank is a full time, on-site position based in Hazaribag. The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers by building strong relationships, understanding their financial needs,



and recommending suitable banking products and services. This role includes onboarding new customers, cross-selling and up-selling products, handling service queries, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will track account performance, monitor customer risk profiles, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
