Key Responsibilities:
Manage & Grow Relationships: Act as the face of Mandovi Motors for walk-in and existing customers, understanding their vehicle, finance, and service requirements.
Drive Sales & Offerings: Guide customers through vehicle selection, test drives, tailored financing packages, insurance, and maintenance plans.
End-to-End Customer Journey: Manage leads, coordinate smooth vehicle deliveries,



and ensure exceptional post-sales support.
Customer Retention & Support: Handle customer feedback, resolve queries promptly, track satisfaction scores, and support retention initiatives.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales, finance, and service teams to ensure a seamless experience for every customer.
What We’re Looking For:
High energy, self-motivation, and a passion for customer relationship management and sales.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (Fluency in English & Kannada is a strong advantage).
A keen interest in automobiles and delivering great service.
A positive, problem-solving attitude with a willingness to learn.
