ShortVids is a Creative-as-a-Service company helping agencies and growing brands produce high-performing organic content and paid advertising creatives at scale.

Our team delivers short-form videos, long-form content, UGC-style ads, Meta and YouTube ads, VSLs, motion graphics, static ads, carousels and repurposed content.

We are looking for a Creative Strategist & Client Success Manager who can take complete ownership of client strategy, communication, creative quality and delivery operations.

About the role
This is not a position where you simply forward messages between clients and editors.
You will understand each client’s business, plan their organic and paid content strategy, convert ideas into actionable creative briefs, manage production, review every important deliverable and ensure clients receive accurate,



polished work on time.
Your primary outcome will be:
Every client receives strategically strong, brand-aligned creatives without needing to supervise our production process.

Key responsibilities
Creative strategy :

• Understand each client’s business, offer, audience, brand and objectives
• Develop monthly organic content strategies and content pillars
• Plan topics, formats, hooks and content calendars
• Create concepts and angles for Meta and YouTube advertising
• Plan UGC, founder-led, static, carousel, VSL and performance-ad concepts
• Research competitors, trends and winning creative patterns
• Review content and advertising performance to improve future concepts
• Identify creative fatigue and maintain a consistent pipeline of fresh ideas

• Manage onboarding, strategy and review calls
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
