Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Provide personalized and skilled service to guests as per luxury hospitality standards.

Handle guest requests, in-room dining, food & beverage service, and special arrangements.

Maintain complete knowledge of resort facilities, outlets, menus, and guest services.

Ensure proper table setup, serving, clearing, and presentation.

Coordinate with F&B;, Housekeeping, Front Office, and other departments for seamless guest service.

Anticipate guest needs and provide prompt, courteous assistance.

Handle guest complaints and requests professionally and escalate when required.

Maintain high standards of grooming, hygiene, etiquette, and confidentiality.

Job Expectations

Assist with VIP arrivals, celebrations, private dining, and special occasions.

Minimum Qualification

Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, WSET, BarSmarts, or equivalent beverage certifications

Minimum Job Experience

1-3 years
