We are seeking a dynamic Founding CBO for a well-funded global fintech startup building an integrated financial operating platform for mid-market businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead India’s overall revenue growth and commercial strategy.
• Build and scale multiple GTM channels, including direct sales, partnerships, corporate alliances, and embedded distribution.
• Develop strategic relationships with corporates, accounting firms, NBFCs, and technology platforms.
• Drive customer acquisition across SMEs, mid-market businesses, and industrial clusters.
• Build and lead a lean, high-performing sales and partnerships team.
• Own revenue targets, sales forecasting, partner activation, and unit economics.

What We're Looking For:




• 15–20 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial leadership.
• Strong experience in fintech, payments, lending, or B2B SaaS/business software.
• Proven track record of building and scaling channel partnerships and revenue streams.
• Experience selling to Indian SMEs and mid-market businesses.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and execution skills, with a hands-on approach.

Valuable to Have: Established relationships with banks, NBFCs, credit bureaus, or experience in industrial clusters and Southeast Asian markets.
