Role Overview:
HamBOLDS is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to manage financial operations, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of audits, taxation, and financial regulations within a startup environment, ensuring seamless financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee audit processes, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
• Handle GST, TDS, and income tax filings with timely submissions.
• Maintain financial records, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare balance sheets,



profit and loss statements, and financial reports.
• Ensure payroll processing and compliance with PF, ESIC, and professional tax regulations.
• Manage vendor and client payments, handling outstanding dues.
• Stay updated with tax laws and industry regulations.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, and tax consultants for smooth financial operations.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in accounting within a Private Ltd. startup

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting within a Private Ltd. startup or Pharma Industry
• Strong knowledge of audit procedures, tax laws, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
