Google Ads & Paid Media Specialist (In-House or Remote)

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Google Ads Expert to manage and scale multiple client ad accounts. This position is open on both an in-house and remote basis. If you are a proactive problem-solver who thrives independently with minimal supervision, we’d love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end account setup and ongoing optimization of PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) platforms.
• Build and manage Search, Shopping (including Google Merchant Center setup), Display, and Performance Max campaigns.
• Conduct thorough account audits and formulate data-driven strategies to maximize ROI.
• Implement and manage tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics (GA4).




• Collaborate with international clients, understanding their business goals and delivering high-impact results.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing Google Ads and multi-channel PPC campaigns for international clients.
• Solid analytical mindset with a track record of improving campaign ROI.
• Excellent command of English (both written and verbal) with top-tier client communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of client accounts from day one.
