Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team at Baner, Pune. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, student placement coordination, and interview preparation.
Key Responsibilities• Coordinate with students for documentation, placement activities, and interview scheduling.
• Create and manage student profiles on Naukri.com and apply for relevant job opportunities.
• Conduct mock HR interviews and coordinate technical mock interviews.
• Assist students with CV building, resume optimization, and interview preparation.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.




• Schedule interviews and support the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and HR documentation.
• Follow up with candidates and students regarding interviews and placement updates.

Requirements• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; an HR background is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment portals is an added advantage.
• Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
• Freshers with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply.
