Oracle Apps DBAKalSoft is looking to hire an experienced Oracle Apps DBA who will be responsible for the administration, monitoring, maintenance, and support of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle database environments. The primary objective is to ensure high availability, optimal performance, security, backup and recovery, and seamless operation of enterprise applications and databases.
Responsibilities:• Administer and support Oracle EBS (R12.1.3 / R12.2.x) and Oracle RAC databases
• Monitor database performance, storage, and system health
• Perform database backup, recovery, and cloning activities using RMAN and Data Pump utilities
• Apply Oracle database and EBS patches, upgrades, and security updates
• Troubleshoot and resolve database, application, and workflow-related issues
• Manage Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) and database monitoring tools
• Implement and maintain database security policies and controls
• Support functional users and development teams with technical issues and minor enhancements
• Coordinate with Oracle Support (MOS/Metalink)



for issue resolution and service requests
• Prepare monthly reports, issue logs, and technical documentation
• Conduct knowledge transfer and user training sessions as required
• Ensure compliance with SLA requirements and provide support during critical incidents

Skills Required:• Robust experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS R12.1.3 / R12.2.x)
• Hands-on experience with Oracle RAC 19c or higher
• Expertise in Oracle Database Administration and Performance Tuning
• Experience with RMAN Backup & Recovery and EXPDP/IMPDP
• Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) Cloud Control
• Familiarity with Oracle Advanced Security, Database Vault, and Audit Vault
• Experience with Oracle Solaris, Linux, and Unix environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to work independently and support mission-critical systems
